Nominate a Veteran 

To nominae a veteran for a subscription on one of the stone tables at the Veterans Memorial in Moore County, complete this application.

  • Applications can be completed on-line then printed or you can print the application and filling the application by hand.

  • If you are not comfortable using the on-line system applications are available at the Moore County Veterans Services Office, 707 Pinehurst Ave, Carthage, NC 28327.  The Office is opened Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Veteran Nominations must be submitted by 13 September each year to be inscribed on a Tablet in the following year.
